How long does the wet scrubber fabrication process take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the unit. For standard units, it usually takes 3–6 weeks from the time the order is confirmed. Larger custom units may take 6–10 weeks. We always provide an accurate time estimate up front.
Can a wet scrubber be installed in a factory that is already in operation?
Yes, we can. Our team has extensive experience with retrofits—installing wet scrubber systems in existing plants without the need for extended production downtime. We’ll conduct a site survey first to design an installation that causes minimal disruption to operations.
What materials are used in wet scrubbers?
Selected based on the type of gas being handled. For strong acidic gases (HCl, H₂SO₄), FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) or PP (Polypropylene) is typically used. For high-temperature applications, 304/316 stainless steel can be used. We will recommend the most appropriate material based on the gas conditions at your plant.
Is there a product warranty?
Yes, we provide a warranty for the unit and after-sales support. The warranty details will be included in the contract. We also provide periodic maintenance services and spare parts to ensure the system always operates at its best.
